MOST is an online mental health platform for young people.
It extends your care and maintains clinical momentum by providing support before, between and beyond sessions.
If your service has access to MOST, you can refer anyone aged 12–25, at any stage of care.

We follow strict clinical governance
MOST is moderated by a trained team of peer workers and duty clinicians, working 7 days a week.
Before your first training, we create a shared care agreement with your service.

If your service isn’t set up to refer, young people can still access MOST directly:
